"Metal thermal spraying and ceramic thermal spraying" is a type of surface modification method. By utilizing the inherent properties of the material and coating its surface with other materials, it imparts functions that the material lacks. This is technically achieved by accelerating molten droplets or softened powders at high speed to collide with the material surface, resulting in rapid cooling and solidification to form a coating, enabling diversification and enhancement of material functions. By applying metal and ceramic thermal spraying as a base for fluororesin coatings, adhesion and wear resistance are significantly improved. There are also coatings that do not allow any adhesion of tape or adhesives.
